Managed IT services for small offices

The Technology Choice Plan allows small companies to focus on their core business by pre-ordering service hours monthly. These hours can be used for either proactive technical support, such as general network maintenance, or immediate, reactive technical support, such as server crashes.

Under the Technology Choice Plan, Tech Networks of Boston will provide:

  • Proactive/Reactive Engineering and Technical Support
  • Four-hour response during business hours
  • IT planning and implementation for small businesses.
  • Access to off-hours emergency support.

Discount Pricing

By committing to purchase a minimum of 5 hours of service per month, you qualify for our lowest pricing levels.  The time you purchase never expires.  Save up unused hours to use for upgrade projects such as new servers and computers. 

Personal Account Manager 

Every TCP client is assigned a personal account manager who understands the ins-and-outs of your IT infrastructure. He is your first point of contact whenever a problem or a question arises. 

Scheduled On-Site Visits

You will get to schedule your technician's visits at any time, on your own schedule.
